The units consist of strong hollow section wall panels with low basis weight and low thermal conductivity, made of the plastics PP / PP-FR / PE, and depending on the application they consist of all necessary components such as filters, silencers, valves, chamber lighting for revision components etc. Depending on the customer, a variety of options and combinations is available. A smooth surface, without hygienic alarming joints and edges on the inside, is formed by connecting the units via external flanges.
Separate centrifugal fans with optimized impeller efficiency and high-efficiency motors are used for the air conveying. The installation of the devices can be done either indoors or outdoors. To ensure the continuous operation of the ventilation system during the maintenance of the heat exchanger, which is necessary for various laboratory applications, the plants get a bypass component and tightly closing valves to circumvent the heat recovery, if necessary.
